At Luma Roastworks, we are committed to delivering freshly roasted coffee to your doorstep in the most efficient and reliable manner. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we handle processing, fulfillment, and delivery.

Order Processing

  • All orders are roasted to order based on our weekly roasting schedule to ensure optimal freshness.
  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after roasting (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.

Shipping Methods & Couriers

  • We ship using trusted third-party courier services, for domestic deliveries.
  • Available shipping options and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout based on your delivery address.

Shipping Fees

We aim to deliver every cup of Luma Roastworks coffee to your hands safely and affordably. Here’s our current shipping policy:

  • We may offer free shipping for orders above a certain amount. Details of such offers will be clearly stated on our website or promotional banners.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and courier rates.
  • Any customs duties or import taxes (for international orders) are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delivery Time Estimates

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

  • Domestic (Indonesia): 2–5 business days

Please note that these are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or holiday seasons.

tracking your order

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number and link will be sent to your email. You can use this information to monitor your shipment status directly via the courier’s website.

Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Undeliverable or Lost Packages

If a package is marked as “delivered” but you have not received it:

  • Please check with your household members, neighbors, or building management first.
  • Contact the courier directly using your tracking number for assistance.
  • If unresolved, notify us within 5 calendar days from the marked delivery date. We will assist in filing a report and may offer compensation or reshipment on a case-by-case basis.

Shipping Delays

While we strive for timely deliveries, Luma Roastworks is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, weather disruptions, natural disasters, or customs inspections.
